  Dreadful, truly dreadful.
  
  Called in on the off-chance because the clutch was failing on my friend's Golf. The reception staff were grossly rude - we were stood in front of their desks for what seemed like an eternity, but was probably about 10 minutes. And why were we left standing? The TWO idiots behind the desk were playing an abusive 'tag match' with their printer. Hardly surprising their printer failed - having to put up with their blatant rough handling of said printer!
  
  When one of them eventually realised we weren't life-size mannequins, and spoke to us, and then the other one spoke also - they basically showed themselves to be THE most UNHELPFUL bunch of oxygen thieves this side of the equator!
  
  They blanket-refused to even take a look at her car whilst we waited - and demand we book it in for a two-hour slot a week later. And they also demanded PAYMENT for said two-hour diagnosis - even though we told them the car was still under warranty!
  
  I also subsequently discovered that they were using NON-genuine, and therefore non-VW approved parts.
  
  It is scum like these that give main dealers a bad name. They do NOT deserve to have the Volkswagen franchise - they should be stripped of that privilege.
